A 1975 xs650 brought in bits and built being inspired by many different builds viewed online. Bought as a started street scrambler project that was placed together. This is my first build and wanted to build a Bobber.
Hard tailed using a David Bird with Hardtail with zero stretch and 2″ drop which i modified were it joins to the existing frame.
Front forks have been shaved lowered 3″
Hughes complete CDi unit fitted.
The exhausts were made with a tc Bros builder kit which were then wrapped.I have done all the fabrication myself and made as many parts as I could.
Most parts have been hand made were possible as I wanted to build a bike and not just bolt one together.
The bike is now used daily for the weekly commute. It rides and handles better than I thought it would when I began the project. In fact the Triumph Tiger now gets left behind in the garage.
