The ever transforming build of Last Caress.

Jeff Kil – Well as many xs 650’s that have been built in the last 2 years this one started out as a basket case 77 destined to have the “bobber treatment”.

This is not as easy as it seems for me, because every time I try to finish the bike something else changes and it sends the bike in another direction.  It’s almost like the bike is already built and I am merely chipping away at the stone to expose the art below.

It has taken on the form of a chopper and much less of a bobber. The setup started as a simple TC bros. hardtail and use the existing parts into a 70’s inspired semi frisco chop. I have just received a 6″ over twisted springer which I’m in the process of pulling bearings together for the mounting and looking for options for the Akront 21″ offroad from drum wheel.

Nice bike, did you simply paint the inside of your rims or powdercoat?

  4. Barney says:

  5. DENNI$ says:

yeah, that coffin tank looks really good. The rim jobs stand out, as well as the non-ape bars. good lookin scoot!

  6. PlugHead says:

I know what you mean there are so many things that can be done with these bikes inspiration comes from everywhere. Great job.

    Thanks guys

There will be an update with new pics soon once the spinger is done.

  8. Tables says:

Nice lookin’ ride, the longer forks look cool and lift the front up nicely, should look even cooler with the springer. Keep buildin, and keep breathin.

  9. turdherder says:

I,m not normally a fan of coffin tanks but its a nice fit. The lines flow well with the rest of the bike.
