Bought this as a complete bike about 2 years ago,but was a total shed. Engine had been run with no oil, anything that could leak did leak and everything was painted black. It also had scars from an excursion off its wheels. So two years later, a 750 big bore, 4 inch over forks, alot of polishing and chrome things started to come together.
The tank came from an autojumble and was painted along with the rear mudguard. Thought it was finished last april so rode it through the summer but had loads of problems with the carbs, still not running right so am in the process of making a 2 into 1 inlet manifold to take a vm36.
Also just built a spoked front wheel and want to fit a hydraulic clutch and permanent magnet altenator.
