(Work in progress)

Jose – This cool ass 650 started as a rusty find found in the back of a old garage in long island, ny. Everything was rusty, engine was siezed and nothing really worked. That’s what happens when you let a motorcycle sit for years. First thing i did was disassemble the whole bike. I cut off the engine cratel and send it to t.c. Brothers to have them hardtail it. I also got a set of bars from them, modified them by cutting 3 ” from the middle, and 1 1/2″ from the sides. I bought a set of boots for the front end.

A friend had a kawasaki ke 100 gas tank in the back yard and i thought it would look perfect. I wanted rear disc brake, so i got a 1978 xs400 rear mag, took the front disc and put it in the rear with a 2007 gsxr caliper. Pipes were made from a t.c. Brothers set up. I aso made the seat pan and the sissy bar. I put the original 19″ in the front with a 18″ in the rear with dual purpose tires. The only american piece is the bate headlight. I made this bike in a one car garage with basic tools.
