Hayln – With this build I was shooting for something along the lines of low, aggressive and fast looking.

From the frame up almost everything is custom built by me. Frame, handlebars, pegs, front brake relocation, tail light mount, headlight mount, engine mounts, exhaust, key cylinder etc. Everything on this bike that isn’t raw steel is powdercoated (aside from the tank and fender). The engine was completely overhauled, got a nice bead blast and back together with upgraded clutch components, 2nd over pistons, some new bearings, Pamco ignition, HHB PMA and all stainless steel hardware. BS34 carbs were also overhauled with fresh Mikuni jetting, bead blasted and sporting new Uni pod filters. Exhaust was hand built and wrapped with DEI titanium header wrap.

Wheels are factory Heritage Specials, powdercoated flat black, drilled out and wrapped in Bridgestone TrailWings. Rotors were cnc drilled as well to match, and calipers were rebuilt after being powdercoated. Brake lines are custom smoke clear steel braided front and rear. Front forks are lower 2″ with the HHB lowering spacers. The bike retains electric start using an Antigravity battery and 3 position key cylinder. Works Connection hour meter monitors usage and RPM.

There is also a neutral light and voltmeter sitting atop the carbs. Seat pan was shaped by me and wrapped by Tuffside seats out of Cali in black tweed/vinyl. Paint was done locally at Baker Boyz Designs with Metallic Silver base, Candy Apple Red and two coats of clear to finish, inspired by vintage Yamaha racing graphics.

Hope everyone enjoys the finished product as much as I do (doubtful though).
