This is my 1976 Yamaha XS650. Like many others this started out as a purchase from someone with good intentions that fell horribly short. When I got the bike it did not run but worse then that the engine and frame was painted with “truck bed liner” paint. After hours of elbow grease, help and guidance from my good friend Tom Keefer this bike went from a zero to a hero.
The parts used on this bike come from a little bit of everything. A lot of one-off and converted things even a antique faucet from the kitchen sink. Paint job is from Big Toe Paint Works.
