Bike started out as a trailer load of 2 disassembled xs-650’s. Here is what I have done to this bike, it looks rough, but starts, runs and drives like a dream.
Here is what I have done to it:
G and L hardtail, leafsprint seat, Gordon Scott pipes, handmade seat pan with hand tooled leather, deep tunnel welded in tank, ninja ex250 kickstand, removed starter, shaved forks, filled handlebars with lead shot, removed tach, breather dump over chain, pamco Pete ignition, banshee charging system.
XSJOHN rebuilt the carbs with his custom needles, I used new carb holders, tygon fuel line, new oem brass floats, stainless bolt kit for carbs.
Brakes: I rebuilt the front caliper with stainless piston, rebuilt the front master, drilled front and rear rotors, new braided steel lines, GSXR duel piston rear caliper, GSXR rear master with GP Tech junction valve, one way bleeder valves.
ENGINE: motor rebuilt by Hoos Racing, bored 1x over, new pistons and rings, new cam chain, new cam chain guide and tensioner, new sump filter, valve job, bead blast head, oil cooler with filter, overdrive 5th gear, 1 piece clutch rod.
DRIVE TRAIN: 18 tooth front sprocket, 32 tooth rear sprocket, new 520 chain, rebuilt forks, new steering stem bearings.
WHEELS: new tires, all new wheel bearings and seals, balanced tires.
ELECTRICAL: high output coil, ngk plug caps, iridium sparkplugs, Johnny Cash side cover.
