After looking at all of these cool xs 650s I figured I would post a few picks of mine that my brother and I built a few years ago.
It is a 81 and I traded a set of used tires for it. It had been sitting outside for a few years so it was pretty crusty, but with a little time and effort this is what we came up with.
Some of the mods we did were a drop seat kit for the frame.
Custom made battery box
Old 30s Plymouth spare tire cover made into a rear fender
Vintage Harley gas tank reshaped to fit the frame
Shaved lower legs on the frontend
Custom made oil cooler and tach plug
Custom made velocity stacks
Custom made foot pegs
21inch front wheel
And I’m sure there are other things I’m forgetting but whatever.
