I picked up this XS650 last December for 900 , s’pose ta run good but I ain’t fired it up yet.
First I change out the headlight and mount for something larger and more vintage-ish and some diff’rent bars and refresh da paint on it.
Found some good paint at Walmart and brassy colored it – luv how she shows lots of pipe (frame) so commenced naming it ‘PipeBomb’.
Not too fond of that sissy bar so I’m going to get rid of that and do something different outback for the lites and license plate holder, but here’s how she’s coming along.
Also included a couple of pictures of her mocked up as a Mad Max post-apocalyptic “Wasteland Weekend” bike.
