Here is my Yamaha XS 650 cafe racer project completed. A friend of mine designed it and I built the new motor.
It has a Kawasaki ZX 10 front end with a hand made top yoke to suit the fork tops.
Hand made GRP tank, seat and front mudguard.
Alloy wheels were built for the bike with new hubs to suit the brakes.
It’s taken over two years to complete and rides like a dream.
