travis-first-bobber-build

Travis – I’ve always wanted a bobber. Been working in the metal industry for a few years now and decided it was the perfect time to build one. Got a stock 73′ xs. Chopped it and welded on a hard tail. Laser cut custom gussets for the frame. Tc bros forward pegs. Then hand made a seat and got some springs. Found an old sportster tank. Bent up some drag bars. Rolled a rear fender. Made a license plate bracket and mounted a model a style brake light. Lasar cut a brass knuckle jockey shift. Had a good buddy of mine from SMC customs mandrel bend me a custom 2 into 1 exhaust and also a 2 into 1 carb manifold with a mikuni snowmobile carb on the end. Just ordered the tv bros magneto kit and the rest of my parts needed. Should be done and running by summer!
