Our member’s journey with this 1983 XS650 began in an unconventional way. “I purchased this bike for $200 in boxes,” he recalls. What started as a collection of parts soon transformed into a stunning hardtail chopper. He built the hardtail himself, with the exception of the axle plate, which he sourced from TC Bros.

The bike’s sleek silver color gives it a classic and timeless appeal. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every angle. Despite having only about $900 invested in this build, the bike stands out and garners significant attention. “It gets more attention than the $30,000 HD’s that I park next to hahaha,” he proudly shares.

In one of the photos, you can see the close-up details of the bike, showcasing the quality of work that went into the build. The silver paint shines brilliantly, and the custom hardtail frame adds a unique and aggressive stance to the motorcycle.
