Write about your XS650.: I just picked this bike up on Saturday as my first project. It’s a 1980 XS650 Special. I got it for 800 bucks and it only has 10,000 miles on it. I already have springer forks in the works and I’m planning on hard-tailing it, and the engine shall be rebuilt, ported, and polished (since it’s sat under a tarp for 12 yrs). I was wondering if anyone has any Ideas, tips, or info on good places to find parts. I’ll post more pics as the project progresses.
