I bought my xs650 while stationed at NAS Glenview IL in 1983… I paid $600 and I basically put it in storage until 1999. I had a carb problem that had me chasing my tail for 10 years.
I did spend many dollars tiring to get the plugs from fouling. I found a young man that fixed it and I have been enjoying it ever since.
