The build started in pieces out of 5 plastic totes I bought from some dude in the parking lot at Mid-Ohio in 2019.

I tried to make it a “sweep-the-floor” bike, so most parts not coming in the 5 bins were parts I had on hand.

The Wassel tank is one major purchase, however, as I’ve always wanted to build a bike with this particular tank.

It began as a desert sled build, but I just couldn’t help myself with making it a hardtail. It’s a loud bike.
