The guys who build the antique looking board-trackers may see this and go wild with it…-round the sidecover off,stand it straight up and down vertical, and hook it up to a seperate clutch/trans, and they can fabricate to thier hearts content…..-seriously vintage 20’s look…

This may be a dumb question, but how will this increase power? I looked at the pics in the link and it appears that he has a sprocket on the stator side of the crank with a chain linking the crankshafts of each engine. I don’t understand how that will increase power. Can someone explain it? Or is this guy pissin in the wind?
