Just rebuilt. Done 900miles. So far so good.
Got to get some slide carbs. Frame is still being worked on but i had to get er on the road for summer. Winter project then.
Upgraded the headstock bearings with some custom cups from Hipshot Engineering.
All balls bearings upgrade in swing arm. I’m happy.

Kick only. Pulled all that electric start stuff out.
Stainless exhaust clamp studs.
Mustang Tank from Frank, i did the Indian Larry sides myself. It was real narrow channel so had to remake the top motor mounts low profile.
Copper battery box and copper leaf on the tank.
Will have hand tooled leather seat when I’ve chopped the back end up a bit.
