The small gas tank is a huge different. It looks almost like noe-noe’s bike (on this blog) except he still has the shocks on his. He also has a smaller gas tank which makes a huge difference I think.

Do any of you guys have any advice/ tips? I looking to build a bike just like this (different color combo) but and strapped for cash, don’t know anything about motorcycle, and don’t have motorcycle friends who could help me out with knowledge, work/ fabrication, or parts.

Also, has anyone ever had any title/ inspection issues with the DMV?
