This is my 1976 Yamaha XS650. Like many others this started out as a purchase from someone with good intentions that fell horribly short. When I got the bike it did not run but worse then that the engine and frame was painted with “truck bed liner” paint. After hours of elbow grease, help and guidance from my good friend Tom Keefer this bike went from a zero to a hero.

This bike sat for 20erso years. I learned to do almost everything on it. Opened it up last winter and replaced the cam chain guides, did a valve job, all new seals and 1st oversized pistons! STOCK AIR FILTERS I love XS650’s

Mr Greazz – Hi guy, greetings from France. First thing sorry for my bad english! I built my first xs last year, maybe you remember it? The Little twin – That I posted here.. So this is my second XS650, I picked it up over a year ago in very bad condition. With basically Only the engine salvageable! I had to build everything – all you can see in the picture sissybar, handlebar, frame, electrical tank, exhaust…., it’s easy for me. I’m a welder and have a garage full of tools!
